About Kristin

I am a certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Mindfulness Mentor, taught by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I am also a certified Psychological Fitness Specialist taught by Dr. Mark Atkinson.

For a long time, I have been a seeker of knowledge and have been fascinated with the concept of 'optimizing the mind' for positive mind states. After years of meditation practice, I have changed my philosophy from constantly seeking and doing to practicing the beauty and wisdom of simply being.

Throughout my training, I've learned practices that have helped me break free from the trance of thoughts, welcome all my emotions (including the challenging ones), and remember that rest and nourishment are needed to balance our lives. I have drastically changed my relationship with myself, from constantly being at war—doubting, criticizing, judging, feeling the need to do more or be more—to loving, nurturing, and holding space for myself just as I am.

I am learning to become my best friend, and I hope you will join me on this beautiful inner adventure.

I teach private classes to groups online. It’s fun to learn with your friends and pick the class dates and times that work best for your group.

1:1 Mentoring

If you are very serious about learning how mindfulness can truly change your life, this is the deepest path. I will work with you 1:1 to share the transformational mindfulness practices and help you create your own meditation routine.
